The appellant, Ramon Diaz, seeks to overturn his conviction of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 846. Having carefully reviewed the appellant's allegations of insufficient evidence; improper cross-examination; plain error in the jury's withdrawal charge and in the prosecutor's closing argument; and excessively harsh sentencing, the court finds them meritless.
