This is an appeal from a default judgment in a divorce suit.

Gerald W. Calhoun (appellant) filed a motion for new trial after learning of the default judgment. It was overruled. He appeals, alleging that (1) the instant case was set for trial in Harris County for the week of November 26, 1979; (2) appellant's attorney also had a case set for trial that same week in Waller County; (3) the attorney had reason to expect a re-setting...
