DENNIS, Justice.*

Defendant Amon G. Hill was charged by bill of information with driving while intoxicated, third offense, La. R.S. 14:98(D). He filed a motion to quash the bill based upon the lack of proper Boykinization at his two previous DWI guilty pleas. The motion was denied by the trial court and defendant entered a plea of guilty, reserving his right to appeal. See State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584
