WINN-DIXIE KWIK CHEK v. TRAVIS

Civ. 2526.

414 So.2d 954 (1981)

WINN-DIXIE KWIK CHEK v. Bill Shirley TRAVIS.

Court of Civil Appeals of Alabama.

Rehearing Denied June 3, 1981.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Daniel A. Pike of Sintz, Pike, Campbell & Duke, Mobile, for appellant.

Augusta E. Wilson, Mobile, for appellee.

WRIGHT, Presiding Judge.

Defendant appeals from a judgment awarding $7,500 to plaintiff for injuries allegedly resulting from a "slip and fall."

The dispositive issue is whether the evidence produced on behalf of plaintiff, Bill Travis, was sufficient to support a finding of negligence on the part of defendant, Winn-Dixie. We find the evidence insufficient to support such a finding and reverse.
