Plaintiffs, Doctor and Mrs. Grisham sued defendant Mrs. Lowery and sought specific performance of an option to purchase contained in a lease. Defendant declined to comply with the option-to-purchase portion of the lease because plaintiffs had failed to give written notice of their intention to renew as required by the lease.
