This matter is before the Court for a decision on the merits after trial to the Court, sitting in admiralty. Plaintiff brought this action to recover for damages to its barges, Sharon Rose-24 and Kent-28, alleging breach of defendant's warranty to tow these barges in a safe and workmanlike manner.
