This is a child custody case. Petitioner J. T. Jones (Jones) and Respondent Sharon B. Jones Cable (Cable) were divorced April 22, 1976. By agreement of the parties, the divorce decree designated Jones the managing conservator of the couple's minor child, Jaeson Todd Jones.
