Ralph Harker was convicted on his plea of no contest to a charge of armed robbery.1 He appeals the superior court's denial of two motions: (1) alleging a violation of his speedy trial right under Criminal Rule 45, and (2) alleging a violation of the Posse Comitatus Act as the basis for suppressing material evidence seized from him.2 He also appeals his sentence as excessive.
