FRANKS, Judge.

This is a suit against a landlord for loss of items of personal property and damage to others left by the plaintiff in a house which plaintiff and her husband had previously leased.

The trial judge entered judgment for damages and the landlord has appealed, insisting that T.C.A., § 64-2835,
