Defendant-appellant, Mack M. Brown, was indicted on two counts of aggravated burglary (R.C. 2911.11) and two counts of grand theft (R.C. 2913.02). A jury found the defendant guilty of all of the above counts, and he was sentenced to seven to twenty-five years each on the two counts of aggravated burglary and one to five years each on the two counts of grand theft, all sentences to run concurrently.
