McCORMICK, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction of possession of methamphetamine. The court assessed punishment at two years, probated.

On November 16, 1979, appellant was stopped by Ingleside police officer Malcolm Anderson for speeding (31 miles per hour in a 20 mile per hour flashing school zone).
