Although the manner in which the question here presented arrived is unusual, it is not relevant to the disposition of the case and we will not deal with it. The parties agree that the only question for us to decide is whether the referee made an error of law in finding that the claimant was an employee for the purposes of workmen's compensation. We find that the referee did not make an error of law and will affirm...
