ROBERTS, Judge.

The appellant was found guilty of capital murder and placed under a judgment of death. He sets out fourteen grounds of error.

In the first ground he argues that the judgment and verdict are void because the jury heard evidence, as well as the State's opening statement, before all the jurors had taken the oath prescribed by V.A.C.C.P. Article 35.22. The venire members...
