DOMENGEAUX, Judge.

Defendant-appellee, St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company, moves to dismiss the appeal of the plaintiff-appellant, Clayous Royer, contending that the trial court ruling is a nonappealable interlocutory judgment. We dismiss the appeal.
