This is a dissolution of marriage case which has been before the courts intermittently since 1978. A previous submission of the appeal was set aside; the cause was remanded for clarification of the decree and amendment of plaintiff's brief. Marks v. Marks, 618 S.W.2d 249 (Mo.App.1981). A new decree has been entered. The appeal, as resubmitted, is focused on the distribution of marital and non-marital property...
