This is an appeal from the grant of a motion to dismiss in favor of the defendants. We reverse and remand.

In their original complaint the plaintiffs alleged that they were electrical workers who were employees of the defendants and who were performing services as such on construction jobs on state properties or on which private contractors were working with state financing.
