Respondent is a practicing attorney of the Kentucky Bar, with offices in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, actively engaged in the prosecution of workers' compensation claims. On July 15, 1977, and again on April 25, 1978, the Inquiry Tribunal of the Kentucky Bar Association issued charges against respondent of unethical and unprofessional conduct, bringing the bench and bar of Kentucky...
