Clarence Mouzone, appellant, was charged with two counts of murder, two counts of use of a handgun in the commission of a felony, and two counts of carrying a handgun. The appellant was tried before a jury in the Criminal Court of Baltimore and convicted on all charges. A motion for a new trial was filed and denied.
