HENLEY, Circuit Judge.

Appellant, Mert LeRoy Wolf, was charged in a twelve-count indictment with mail fraud and aiding mail fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341 and 18 U.S.C. § 2, respectively. After a jury trial1 a verdict of guilty was returned and judgment was entered accordingly.2 Appellant perfected a timely appeal and we affirm.
