Rena West and Bob Shobert filed suit in trespass to try title to a portion of a 3.783 acre tract of land and for damages for removal of sand and topsoil therefrom against Dorothea Karell and her husband, George Karell. The Karells answered by pleas of not guilty and general denial and by special plea of title by ten years adverse possession.
