This personal injury products liability suit arises out of a single car accident which occurred in Palm Beach County, Florida. Plaintiffs sued the manufacturer, General Motors Corporation, alleging a defectively designed steering coupling permitted stone interference in turning the vehicle which proximately caused their accident.
