Eric Stegemann (plaintiff) appeals from a jury verdict in defendant's favor in a suit on a contract.

In the contract, executed in November, 1978, plaintiff, owner of the Stegton Restaurant agreed to furnish for defendant's party an "all-you-can-eat" buffet, beer and "set-ups" for a total price of $10.71 per person.
