OPINION

SPURLOCK, Justice.

This appeal is from an order sustaining defendants' plea in abatement. The trial court found that primary jurisdiction of this cause is with the Texas Water Commission and dismissed the case.

We affirm the trial court's disposition of defendants' plea in abatement in regard to the causes of action arising out of alleged violations of the Texas Water Code. However, we sever and reverse as to those causes of action in slander...
