Thiel, was convicted following trial by jury of two counts of burglary and four counts of misdemeanor theft and was thereafter sentenced to extended terms of 10 years' imprisonment on the felony charges and to six months' imprisonment for each misdemeanor, with all sentences to run concurrently.
