PER CURIAM:
Appellant was convicted by jury of second degree kidnapping, sexual assault, and conspiracy to commit a crime. In this appeal, we are required to determine whether the warrantless arrest of appellant was constitutionally infirm, and if so, whether the trial court erred in not excluding appellant's confession. Because we determine that the arrest was proper, we conclude that the trial court did not err in admitting evidence of the confession...
