["Cumberland Farms"] appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court denying Cumberland Farms' application for a preliminary and a permanent injunction against enforcement of those provisions of the Maine Milk Commission's Order 80-6, dated May 15, 1980, relating to dealers and retailers. That order, which provided that it was to be effective June 1, 1980, set minimum prices to be paid to producers, dealers, and retailers...
