OPINION

BRYNER, Chief Judge.

Oscar Cano was charged with attempting to elude a police officer and with reckless driving, in violation of Anchorage Municipal Ordinances 9.28.050(A) and 9.28.010(A) respectively. A public defender was appointed for Cano pursuant to court order. Cano was subsequently convicted of attempting to elude and of careless driving, a lesser included offense of reckless driving, and this conviction was affirmed without comment on appeal...
