OPINION

HARBISON, Chief Justice.

In this cause the State appeals from the dismissal of an indictment charging appellee with practicing dentistry at a time when his license to practice had been revoked, in violation of T.C.A. § 63-558. This statute provides penalties for any violation of the laws governing the licensure of dentists and permits the imposition of a fine, a jail sentence or both. There are enhancement provisions for repeated violations...
