This action arises out of a consumer credit transaction. On May 23, 1978, plaintiffs Martinez entered into a credit transaction with defendant Idaho First National Bank in order to refinance a 1973 Datsun which plaintiffs were buying from West Park Toyota in Ontario, Oregon.
