We granted certiorari to review the decision of the Court of Criminal Appeals in Taylor v. State, 399 So.2d 875 (Ala.Cr.App.1980), which reversed the trial court decision. The principal issue presented for our consideration is whether the trial court erred in admitting the fingerprints and confession of the defendant, Omar Taylor.
