Ozark Wood Industries, Inc. (hereinafter "Ozark Wood"), as sole plaintiff filed its original and first amended petitions for actual damages only against the defendant bank. A second amended petition, upon which the cause was court-tried, named Bob Griffin as an additional plaintiff. This petition asked both actual and punitive damages of defendant.
