This is a suit for enforcement of a California judgment. The trial court rendered judgment for appellee Young and granted the California decree full faith and credit. Appellant Smith contends that (1) the judgment is void under California law due to non-compliance with the California statute governing proof of service by mail, and thus, is not enforceable in Texas; (2) non-compliance with the statute constituted a fraud on the California court...
