A grand jury charged appellant Henderson in a one count indictment of knowingly and intentionally possessing with intent to distribute approximately 189 grams of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Before trial, Henderson moved for the suppression of physical evidence and his own inculpatory statements, on the theory that these were fruits of an illegal arrest. The magistrate
