Browning and Browning Associates, Inc. sued their insurance carriers, Aviation Office of America and Trinity Universal Insurance Company, for indemnity under an insurance contract issued by the defendants covering losses to an aircraft owned by plaintiffs. In this respect, plaintiffs pleaded that they believed that they did not own the aircraft in question, but that in the event that they were determined to be the owners by operation...
