Defendant, Bernard McMenamy Contractors, Inc., appeals a judgment against it in the amount of $110,000 in favor of plaintiff, Daniel L. Gibbs, for dirt allegedly placed in a levee by Gibbs pursuant to a contract with appellant. The judgment which was pursuant to a jury verdict also rejects appellant's reconventional demand. We amend the judgment and reject plaintiff's demands, and as amended...
