This is an appeal from an order denying post-conviction relief. Appellant sought post-conviction relief on the grounds (1) that prejudicial error occurred when the jury misinterpreted an expert witness instruction, (2) that his right to be present at all stages of the criminal proceeding was denied, (3) that his confession was involuntary, (4) that he was not informed that by pleading guilty...
