Shreveport Production Credit Association has appealed from the judgment rejecting its demands against The Bank of Commerce for recovery of the sum of $31,894.14, together with interest and attorney fees. Plaintiff was the payee of a check in this amount drawn by Dr. W. L. Ryder, on his checking account with the defendant bank. The check was issued by Ryder to remit the proceeds to plaintiff of a sale of cattle on which plaintiff had a chattel mortgage...
