The appellant was arrested and charged with Unlawful Delivery of Marijuana in violation of 63 O.S. 1971, § 2-401, several days after he had sold marijuana to a police informant. The informant had been sent to the appellant's mobile home by the district attorney for the sole purpose of attempting to purchase marijuana.
