GULOTTA, Judge.
Relator, the court appointed attorney for the minor R. B. (a male born August 6, 1978), seeks to set aside the judgment of the trial court placing the child's custody with a family in the State of Mississippi and seeks also to have the child returned to Louisiana for placement in foster care in this state.
