The appellants, an elderly couple and their grown son, were jointly indicted for manufacturing marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver or sell, both charges being violations of TCA, § 52-1432(a)(1)(F). All three were convicted and received sentences of not less than two nor more than five years in the state penitentiary, and a fine of $500...
