This is an appeal of an order of the Juvenile Court waiving juvenile jurisdiction and transferring the cause to the criminal district court. The appellant, P. G., was sixteen years old at the time of the alleged offense. He was charged with engaging in delinquent conduct consisting of sexual abuse of a child as set forth in Section 21.10 of the Texas Penal Code.
