Appellant, Edward R. Shade, appeals from a judgment of conviction for involuntary sexual battery, attempted armed robbery, trespass of a structure while armed with a dangerous weapon and trespass of a structure. He was given a life sentence for sexual battery and ten years for attempted armed robbery, to run consecutively. He was also given five years on each of the other two convictions to run concurrently with each other and with the life sentence...
