This is a dispute over the proper method of calculating holiday pay, overtime pay, and longevity pay for firefighters employed by the defendant-municipality. Plaintiffs, 17 full-time, salaried firemen employed by the defendant, filed suit seeking longevity, overtime, and holiday pay allegedly due each plaintiff because of the city's erroneous calculation of such benefits.
