Alan Neal Scott seeks reversal of his convictions on forty-nine counts of submitting fraudulent tax returns in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2871 and one count of intimidating a witness in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1503.2 As grounds for reversal, Scott alleges insufficiency of the evidence to support his convictions and improper joinder of counts.
