HAYASHI, Chief Judge.

Appellant was convicted by a jury of two counts of distribution of a harmful drug (phencyclidine) in the second degree and two counts of distribution of a dangerous drug (cocaine) in the second degree. He appeals that conviction. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.
