Sherman Driver and Gilbert Ray "Cotton" Graves appeal from convictions for involuntary manslaughter and second degree murder, respectively. The jury fixed Driver's punishment at not less than two nor more than five years imprisonment, and Graves' at twenty-five years imprisonment.
