The parties were divorced on September 1, 1970. The divorce decree approved an agreement of the parties whereby the defendant-husband promised to pay the plaintiff-wife $300 each month for child support. In 1978, the plaintiff filed a petition requesting an increase in child support payments. Her request was denied, and no appeal was taken from the judgment. In April of 1979, plaintiff again petitioned the court for an increase in child support...
