Plaintiff obtained an unlawful detainer judgment against defendants, who had filed and served their answer to the complaint but were not present on the day of trial. The judgment, made and entered on October 16, 1979, gave plaintiff restitution and possession of the rented premises, damages in the sum of $1,187.50, attorney fees in the sum of $250 and $25.40 costs.
