This case involves litigation between brothers, sisters and a nephew, concerning land owned by their father, mother and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Anderson. Paul, Addie and Charles sued Homer, Cleone, Annie and Herman. Homer is the son of Shelby and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Anderson.
