Appellees, Charles H. and Joneen Lou Schlobohm, brought this suit against appellant, Robert M. Volpe, seeking rescission of a partnership agreement. The partnership was originally composed of the Schlobohms, Volpe and Edward R. Wright. Wright withdrew from the partnership before the suit was filed and was not a party.
